ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Most orders will ship out the day after they are received. Orders placed on Friday and Saturday will usually ship out the following Monday.
All processing time is subject to the availability of the products ordered. Some items may have longer shipping times as noted in the product description.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Additional charges may apply to shipments made outside the continental U.S. Please contact us for information at bookstore@roanoke.edu, or 540-375-2317. If you prefer you may also go ahead and submit your order on-line, and we will contact you with shipping charge information.
IN-STORE PICKUP
You can select at checkout an in-store pickup option, where your order will be available for you to pick up in our store with no shipping charge added*.
Please allow 12 hours of processing time between when you place an order and when you arrive to pick it up. If you need to pick your order up sooner than that, please call us after placing your order to request more rapid processing of your web order.
*NOTE: A certain few special-order items my carry a shipping charge and not available for pick up at our store.
